At CourtSpark, we believe in radical transparency and building trust through consistent delivery. As part of that commitment, I want to address my past business experience directly.

During the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting global supply chain crisis (2020–2022), I led a technology venture selling high-demand electronics. Like many businesses at the time, we faced severe disruptions. We accepted customer payments for products that we were ultimately unable to deliver on time. This led to significant customer disappointment, complaints, and legal action.

I take full responsibility. The outcome was unacceptable and harmed people who trusted us. I learned hard lessons about managing risk in volatile markets, the dangers of overpromising, the importance of conservative forecasting, clear communication, and maintaining strong cash flow discipline.

Since then, I have applied those lessons rigorously:

  • Built and currently operate Match Point Pickleball Club — the world's largest indoor pickleball facility — with strong operational execution, high customer satisfaction, and successful partnerships.
  • Launched Domus Court Systems, delivering turn-key pickleball facilities with transparent processes and real results.
  • Committed CourtSpark to verified performance — third-party audits where possible, escrow-protected revenue sharing, clear contracts, and measurable outcomes before any national scaling.

CourtSpark's model is built on the foundation of trust: zero upfront cost to facilities, reliable hardware installation, and actual revenue payouts from sponsorships. We will not succeed unless we deliver — consistently and transparently.

I am proud of the progress at Match Point and the early traction with CourtSpark, but I also know that trust is earned every single day. We welcome questions, reference checks, and open dialogue with facility owners, sponsors, and partners.
