Our standard

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML and ARIA where it improves assistive-tech support.
• Provide visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
• Maintain sufficient color-contrast ratios in our design tokens.
• Support keyboard navigation across the site.
• Test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) on key user flows.
• Provide alt text on meaningful images.

Known limitations

Because CourtSpark is in active alpha development, some pages — particularly interactive calculators, video content, and third-party embeds — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to address these and welcome reports.
