Accessibility Statement
CourtSpark Media Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Our standard
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA where it improves assistive-tech support.
- Provide visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Maintain sufficient color-contrast ratios in our design tokens.
- Support keyboard navigation across the site.
- Test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) on key user flows.
- Provide alt text on meaningful images.
Known limitations
Because CourtSpark is in active alpha development, some pages — particularly interactive calculators, video content, and third-party embeds — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to address these and welcome reports.
Request accommodations or report a barrier
If you experience an accessibility barrier on this site or need information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will respond as soon as practicable — typically within five business days.
Please include the page URL, the barrier you encountered, the assistive technology and browser you used, and your preferred contact method.
Feedback & ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We audit the site regularly and incorporate feedback from users and assistive-technology testing into our roadmap. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for related policies.
