Is there really no upfront cost?

Correct. On the Revenue Share plan, CourtSpark covers all hardware, install, calibration, software and ongoing support. You sign an operating agreement, not a purchase order.

How do you sell the sponsorships?

We've signed 60+ national brand partners that activate across the entire CourtSpark network. Our regional sales team then prospects mid-market sponsors — auto, healthcare, breweries, real estate — in your metro. You can layer your own local sponsors on top and keep 90% of that revenue.

What's the typical revenue split?

50/50 on national and regional sponsorships sold by CourtSpark. 90/10 in your favor on any local sponsors you sell yourself through the operator console.

How long is the contract?

Revenue Share is a 3-year operating partnership with auto-renewal. Hybrid offers flex 1/2/3-year terms. Enterprise terms are custom.

When do payouts happen?

Monthly direct deposit on the 15th, with a transparent dashboard showing impressions, fill rate and revenue per court.

What if I want to own the hardware?

Choose Hybrid (co-invest, higher share) or Enterprise (own outright). You can still opt into the CourtSpark sales engine on either plan.
