Does the club pay for equipment or installation?
No. For an approved site under the network agreement, equipment, installation, service, and maintenance are provided without a charge to the club.
How is network advertising revenue distributed?
The one-time network investment is recovered first, followed by the $200 per-court monthly AI license. Remaining network advertising is distributed 80% to the network operator and 20% to the club.
How do club-sourced sponsors work?
Qualified club-sourced campaigns are booked and billed only through the platform at the network rate card. Revenue is split 50/50 from the first dollar, and these campaigns may use no more than 20% of court-side display time.
How long is the agreement?
The network period is five years from the first advertising date. It then continues until either party gives 90 days' notice, subject to the signed agreement.
When do reporting and payments happen?
Clubs receive monthly statements. Payments are made quarterly within 30 days after quarter end.
